achievement. Participation, Ownership, Leadership, Decision Making, Sustainability are the values of Thenkoodu
Federations. It helps out the SHGs for better management of SHGs. It provides platform to SHGs to express their Needs,
Feelings, Information, Ideas, Problems and Experiences. It facilitates to establish good relationship among the SHGs and
other Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations. Federation identifies and assists the SHGs to under take suitable
business for their sustainable economic development and it helps the SHGs to act on their own. Federation has different
committees for effective and efficient operation towards the development of SHGs.
